The article is titled&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2022\/05\/designing-work-that-people-love\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Designing Work That People Love<\/a>&nbsp;which talks about how companies can attract and retain employees by designing work and a workplace that employees truly enjoy. The illustrations are based on cooperation observed in nature \u2013 bee hives, army ants and schooling fish.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n        \n      <\/div>\n\n    <\/div>\n\n  <\/div>\n\n
